By using TicketTriage, you agree to use truthful information, verify current NYC rules, and make your own filing and payment decisions.

What TicketTriage provides

TicketTriage provides educational checklists, date arithmetic, browser-local organization, and user-directed draft formatting. It is not a law firm, does not represent customers, does not file disputes, and does not guarantee dismissal, savings, deadline compliance, or any other outcome.

Your responsibility

  • Use only facts you know are true and evidence you are entitled to use.
  • Review every generated statement before submitting it anywhere.
  • Confirm the ticket status, deadline, hearing rules, and filing process directly with NYC Department of Finance.
  • Do not use the service for moving violations, fraudulent claims, harassment, or unlawful activity.

Consumer exports and fleet pilots

The browser-based consumer organizer, current case-packet exports, fleet assessment, and two-ticket fleet demo are available without payment while verified checkout access is being upgraded. The former self-service fleet export checkout is paused. A supported fleet pilot begins only after written scope and pricing are accepted; payment never buys legal advice, priority treatment, dismissal, or a guaranteed result.

Fleet Health Check boundaries

The free Health Check is limited to the first 10 tickets or tickets associated with up to 3 vehicles. The initial application is a workflow-fit review and does not pause or monitor deadlines. Do not submit ticket files or personal data until the request is accepted and a separate secure-materials method is provided.

Secure-material and pilot checkpoints

Accepted businesses may receive a unique Dropbox File Request for the agreed limited materials. A fleet pilot is charged only after written scope acceptance through a private Stripe Payment Link. Access begins after TicketTriage verifies payment directly in Stripe; redirects, screenshots, and customer payment claims are not verification.

Refund and payment-support policy

Digital exports can be available immediately, so purchases are generally final after access is provided. If you are charged twice, make a purchase by mistake, or pay but cannot access the promised export, email jauntinoanderson@gmail.com within 14 days with the payment receipt. The request will be reviewed promptly and a refund issued when appropriate. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law or the checkout provider.

Availability and changes

The service may change, pause, or contain errors. NYC rules and external pages may also change. Continued use after an updated notice is published means you accept the revised terms.
