Measure before you buy

What does ticket admin already cost your operation?

Use your own workload and labor value. This calculator measures handling time only—it does not estimate dismissed tickets, avoided fines, or legal outcomes.

  • Count the time spent opening notices, finding drivers, gathering photos, updating status, and handing work off.
  • If your volume is tiny, use the two-ticket demonstration. Qualified fleets can apply for a limited Health Check and the $49 30-Day Fleet Workflow Pilot.
  • No calculator inputs leave this page, and refreshing resets the calculator.

The honest pilot test

At your entered rate, the proposed $49 30-Day Fleet Workflow Pilot equals 98 minutes of admin labor. The pilot should proceed only when its agreed workflow is likely to justify that time. No savings or outcome is guaranteed.

NYC runs its own Fleet Program.

Businesses with at least one vehicle can use NYC's program to review tickets and choose whether to pay or request a hearing. TicketTriage adds a private driver-notes and evidence-prep layer; it is not a replacement.

$49 30-Day Fleet Workflow Pilot

From demo to controlled workflow

The paid pilot is offered only after a real Health Check confirms the written scope.

  • $49 one-time for a defined 30-day workflow pilot
  • Best fit: approximately 3–30 vehicles with recurring ticket intake
  • Central intake, ownership, deadlines, evidence status, notes, and recurring summary
  • One authorized business contact and a written scope before payment
  • No legal advice, filing, dismissal promise, or guaranteed savings

The former self-serve $29 fleet checkout is paused because a checkout click or customer payment claim is not verified payment. Consumer exports remain separate from the supported fleet pilot.

Fleet Desk FAQ

Know exactly what the tool does—and what it never claims.

Clear boundaries make the product easier to trust, share, and evaluate.

Does TicketTriage replace NYC's official Fleet Program?

No. NYC's Fleet Program is the official free service for businesses to review tickets and choose whether to pay or request a hearing. TicketTriage is a private notes, evidence-preparation, and team-handoff layer.

Does the admin-cost calculator estimate fines or dismissals?

No. It only multiplies the ticket volume, handling time, and labor value entered by the visitor. It does not predict legal outcomes, avoided fines, or savings.

Does TicketTriage upload plate or ticket details?

No. The two-ticket demo remains in the browser and clears on refresh. The Leakage Score and Health Check application collect business workflow information only—not plates, summonses, driver names, or case facts. Aggregate analytics contain no ticket identifiers.

What happens after the free Health Check?

Qualified businesses may be invited to the $49 30-Day Fleet Workflow Pilot focused on central intake, ownership, deadlines, evidence status, notes, and a recurring summary. Scope and price are confirmed in writing before payment.

Is there a self-service fleet subscription?

Not yet. The former self-service fleet checkout is paused until payment and account access can be verified securely. The current test is a limited, supported 30-day pilot—not an automatic subscription.

  • No plate or summons list required
  • Built for delivery, trades, service, courier, and garage operations
